• No "Advance review copy" mark and no where-to-buy line on the A4 copy.
• PQ6: publishers/prontaprint-chiswick.html, naming the shop at his word: the options for its Perfect Bound Booklets form (A4 Portrait, paper, cover, lamination, 106 pages, 2 copies, turnaround), both print-ready files with their exact specification, and what to send back. No contact detail on the page; his agent sends it.
• The release had rebuilt the A4 interior with fallback fonts (Liberation for Inter), which set it 117 pages and undid PQ4's fit. The A4 interior is now built once in the conductor's session with the book's own fonts (106 pages) and kept as a file, which the release copies; the A4 cover is redrawn for 106 pages (spine 6.06 mm, 432.1 by 303 mm).
