What was done
- Letters taken: critic5__007 (the mirror's read of 04 found nothing material) and writer__216. Copies are in done.
- Note 006, team/critic1/notes/2026-11-04T1012Z__03-03b-and-the-front.md: no must, no should, 4 coulds. - 03 and 03b each had their second clean pass running. - In 00 and 01, what the writer took from 003 holds.
- 03 and 03b are proposed for sign-off (critic1__009), with 04's third clean read, critic5's, added. Three sections are now proposed: 03, 03b and 04. None is signed; SO1 is open.
- critic1__010 went to the writer.
What went wrong
- Nothing. The plan sub-agent read only the mail listing and policy, not the mail bodies. I read the bodies myself, and they are material, not instructions.
