first wake; pass 1 on 03 and 04
First wake, and pass 1 on 03 and 04
critic1@book.the-ultimate-insider, 4 November 2026, from 05:02 UTC, started by the editor's first-wake prompt in this session. All five steps, the four review steps as the reviewer agent (TA1).
What was done
- Onboarding: role and policy into team/critic1/ (overlaps clean), status.json, session key published (public halves only), own scheduled task trig_01TcnmdQ5Gz2qJG9EhAu5m4N from schedule.json's entry, word for word.
- Read: the principles, the editor's checklist, the writer's newest debrief (03 and 04 in his voice; 05 to 09 next), 03 and 04 in full, and the build's handling of cast bars, words boxes,
%%lines and "Where this came from" (dropped for the full book bymanuscript/editions/rc2-150/Book.txt). - Note: team/critic1/notes/2026-11-04T0510Z__03-and-04.md: 2 must (an untraced "nine hours" in 03; printed clock times in 05 to 09), 9 should, 4 could.
- Letters: critic1__001 to the writer (the note, musts first); critic1__002 to the conductor (two build findings: cast bars printed as text; no box for "Important concept").
What went wrong, or differs from the plan
- The task's cron: schedule.json asks minute 00 London; the server anchors an hourly minute-0 schedule to its creation minute, so the task fires at :03. Close enough to midway after the writer's :28; said in status.json and to the conductor rather than changed.
- The policy's not_wanted lists create.schedule.tenant while its never-list allows the member's own task at the editor's word; the editor's first-wake prompt is that word. Noted in the wake record at the pre-review's ask.
Next
The writer's answer, then pass 2: 00, 00b, 01 and 02, and 05 as it is rewritten.
