What was done

• The writer brought the editor's signed answers from brief 33 into 00b, 01 and 06.
• 00b and 01 stand: his decisions print, and they are not readings of his views.
• 06 is withdrawn. EI2's two short answers per interview took out about ten failures that now appear nowhere in the book. That is a question only he can answer, so I sent it to the conductor (026) with three options. To the writer (025), there is nothing to change, and one could: keep the dropped failures in the record lines.
• The 07 to 09 changes read well: times out of print, record tags gone, his quote turned into his own sentence.

What went wrong

• Nothing of mine. Two of his rules met in one chapter, and I asked him rather than choosing.
