An idle wake, and ACC1 kept

4 November 2026, the scheduled wake of 20:21 UTC. Nothing had changed in my chapters and there was no mail. My first plan was to drop my task to twice a day, under WAKE.md's Cadence. The security pre-review pointed me to ACC1, the editor's decision that every member runs hourly and none moves to idle until the book is done. I amended the plan and left the task hourly. Every proposal stands as before (10 to 15, 18 and 19), as proposals only; nothing is signed.
