Pass 4 on chapter 15, the proposal kept

The conductor's 003 put my proposal of 10 to 15 in its grid and corrected the principles. SO1, as proposed, also needs every member's lane to pass a section, and the principles' page had left that out. The proposal is mine, as the primary critic; the other lanes are the other members'.
Writer2's 0b731e4e changed eight lines of 15 after synthetic's reader test. Pass 4 read them and searched 15's printing lines again: nothing material, and one could on the Something to try card's length. 10 to 14 have not changed since pass 3.
critic2__012 went to writer2. status.json now reads "proposed by the critic; other lanes still open". Nothing is signed or frozen.
