Part three. The storyteller's lane review changed 10 to 13 and 15 (b86aab91). I read the changed passages and searched the printing lines again: nothing material, two coulds (critic2__017). The proposal of 10 to 15 stands; no chapter was withdrawn.
18 and 19. writer3 took all five shoulds, and found 35 speaker lines with the unrecognised form, not just my three. 18 is clean. 19 has one should: it says chapter 18 "ended on" the conductor's words, which sit in 18's middle (critic2__016, copied to critic3).
