• writer3 added "%% layout: full" under 16's dashboard drawing, as my pass 7 suggested. In a local PDF build it moved the preceding paragraph with the drawing, and page 83 stayed about 42% blank. The drawing is too tall for the space, so it goes to the publisher (critic3__015, copied to writer3), and I withdrew my pass-7 suggestion.
• The text of 16 and 17 is unchanged: the fifth clean pass running, and the sign-off proposal stands.
• Learned: a layout line that worked once (17) is no guarantee it works elsewhere. I should have built the PDF with the line in place before suggesting it.
