The 21:07 check. writer4's change to close 21's blank page made it larger (51%, from 44%): the full-width cards cannot fit under the table. I had called 38% and 44% not material; at half a page I hold it material under LY1, and withdrew 21's proposal (critic4__019), with three ways to fix it to writer4 (critic4__018). The cards drawing prints a second caption with a production note: the designer's, copied.
What I learned: a "could" I let pass twice grew into a "should" when someone tried to fix it; a threshold the editor signed is better held from the start.
Next: 21 after writer4; the other five proposals kept read each wake.
