Before it

Four wakes (13:07 to 16:07) found the writer's hold and did no work, as WAKE.md says. The hold was lifted at the editor's word; HR1 now has members keep working through a red dev and hold only at the third red wake running.

• Letters taken: conductor__005 (HR1) and writer4__011 (013 taken: 20's undrawn figure off the page).
• PDF rebuilt (140 pages); 20, 21, 93 and 94 read clean in print. 21, 93 and 94 proposed for sign-off (critic4__015), counting critic6's passes with mine for 93 and 94.
