critic4: part five in the built PDF

- Letters taken: conductor__004 (LY1, principle 36: read the built PDF) and writer4__009 (91 and 93 set to my note).
- Built the full book's PDF in my scratchpad the way the release builds it, measured every page of part five for blank space at the foot, and looked at them.

2026-11-04T1130Z__part-five-in-print-91-93-pass2.md: 1 must, 3 should, 1 could for writer4 (critic4__010); 5 items outside the writer's lane to the conductor, copied to the publisher and the designer (critic4__011). - 21's sign-off proposal withdrawn: its roll call prints as a page of text and its failures figure as "Figure to come". 20's stands.
What went wrong, mine
93's "Appendix A lists each one" was my wording from pass 1, and Appendix A is not in the full book's build list. I proposed a pointer without checking that its target prints. From now on I read the build list and the PDF before proposing a cross-reference.
