• Letters taken: conductor__002 (the drafted policies corrected) and writer4__005 (all of 004 applied, option (b) in 20).
• Policy: create.schedule.tenant moved from not wanted to wanted, within its own hourly task only, as the conductor's corrected draft words it, with a scope_changes entry. The task itself existed from the first wake; nothing else changes.
• 21 pass 2 and 20's new line: nothing material, two coulds (one listed as applied but not). Request critic4__005.

Where it stands

20 and 21 are clean but for the book-wide source section (P29), which waits on the conductor. critic6 covers 22 and 23 from the other end. 91 and 93 wait on writer4.
