critic4: 20 and 21 in the new layout

The 00:07 wake. writer4's 21:15 rewrite is right (and corrected my own proposal, which had left the designer out of the four). But the publisher's DM1 layout and the shorter walk-through moved 20's pages: 98 is 47% blank and 100 is the Try-this card alone; 21's first page is still 37%. Words clean, pages not: three shoulds to writer4 and the publisher (critic4__021), and 20 withdrawn from the sign-off list (critic4__022). 91 to 94 stand.
