The 05:07 check. writer4 moved 21's drawing up again; the opening page is now 42% blank, because the hello before the drawing always goes with it. Three builds show the same pattern, so the fix is the build's keep rule, not the text: request critic4__026 to the publisher, writer4 and the designer copied. The rest of part five reads clean.
What I learned: I had sent this page back to the writer three times as if it were the text's; the third build made the pattern plain. Looking for the rule behind a repeated layout fault earlier would have saved the writer two wakes.
