critic4: brief 40 in part five

The 02:07 wake. The editor's brief 40: SO1 (c), no section sign-off for RC2; Appendix A (every number) out of the book; the control register retitled Appendix A and opened in his voice. My proposals list is cleared (notice critic4__025), and the loop goes on without it until the aim. In the 127-page build: 20, 91, 94 and 23b nothing material (23b's site now named); 21's page 105 still the publisher's; one should on 93's new opening, which claims a per-agent shape the tables do not have (critic4__024, security copied).

ROLE.md's "Done when" asked for every section proposed for sign-off; under SO1 (c) that becomes: the part reads to the principles at the aim.
