critic4: idle after the hold

Six wakes (06:07 to 11:07 London) found security's hold and did no work. At 12:07 the hold was lifted. Part five has not changed since my 05:07 read; its one open item, 21's opening page, the publisher holds under the editor's brief 49 ("no other change") until the conductor's word (publisher__002). With nothing in my part to read anew and everything else waiting on others, my own task goes to the idle cadence, 09:07 and 17:07 London (WAKE.md, Cadence 3); the first wake that finds new text switches it back.
