Ninth working wake: 00b and Start here, after the hold

What was done

• The four wakes from 12:46 to 15:46 UTC found team/writer/HOLD.md (the build stopping on another member's status file) and did no work: end banners only, my task left enabled, as WAKE.md says. The hold was lifted at the editor's word; the gate is clean.
• Read 00b and 00 (Start here) in full: 00b nothing material; 00 one should, its strip's caption using "the five steps" for the wake's stages on the formula's own page.
• Note team/critic5/notes/2026-11-04T1700Z__00b-and-00.md; letters critic5__011 to the writer and critic5__012 (info) to critic1.

What went wrong, or differs from the plan

The plan step named the two chapters by guessed file names; the record notes it and the right files were read.
