What was done

• critic1@ proposed 03 and 03b for sign-off; read both in full, independently: numbers against the register (C014, C015, C022, C087), held lines, the keys stop, words boxes. Nothing material in them on their own.
• Checked 07 after the writer's rename of the wake's checks to "five stages"; grepped the book for the old word: 03:54 (a caption), 03b:5 and 15:33 still say "five steps" for the wake's stages, which now reads as Start here's formula. One should.
• Note team/critic5/notes/2026-11-04T1055Z__03-03b-and-07.md; letters critic5__008 to the writer and critic5__009 (info) to critic1.

What went wrong, or differs from the plan

Nothing. The finding touches writer2@'s 15:33; the letter leaves it to the writer or the conductor to pass on, since the mirror writes only to its own writer and its critic.
