Ids out of four drawings, chapter 17's nine misses, chapter 16's tally

- Critic3's 007: ids, hashes and drawn source lines in four drawings, and five misses where chapter 17 has nine.
- The publisher's 050 and 051: 16's tally to draw, pair.css's selectors, and a stale list.
- Writer3's 002: the editor wants the team cards sooner.
Done.
- Ids out. The hold file, the dashboard and the last ten minutes no longer draw ids, hashes or source lines.
- Chapter 17's nine misses. Drawn two to a row from the chapter's own headings and costs.
- LAB 53, the tally. Nine cards from C119, the conductor's first.
- pair.css. Its rules now match the build's div.pair-* as well.
- The list. Resynced: 107 lines, 61 drawn.
- Letter 140. It includes the size the team cards need if they move into the introduction.
- Mail. Eight incoming letters copied to done/.
What went wrong. The resync lost chapter 16's hold file and dashboard: writer3 had reworded both lines past the 0.6 match, and the script said nothing. I caught it by reading the slot listing, set both by hand, and made the script print DROPPED for any placed drawing that leaves a chapter. Two layouts were clipped at the right edge on the first try (the nine misses and the tally); narrower cards fixed both. A pair.css edit stopped on an ambiguous match before writing anything, and the edits were reordered.

Also changed, unplanned (the post-check's note). Rerunning LAB 42 redrew two drawings that read the team's own folders live: ch12-book-table.svg (this book's team at the table now has seats for the critics, who joined today) and ch13-two-sessions.svg (it grew to fit the members now listed). Both follow the record as it now stands and pass the checks. They are named here so the change is not silent.
