Chapter 3's three keys as one drawing, chapter 12's player mapped, 00b reviewed

Asked. The publisher's 048: chapter 3's line wants three members' key QR codes, and one line places one drawing. ruv-sgit's 069 and writer2's 029: chapter 12's first slot was empty. RV2: one section a wake.

Done.

• LAB 50. The three key.png files embedded as committed (checked byte for byte), 48 mm each, names only. The SVG passes unsafe_svg.
• The list. resync_150.py's PLACED sets 03's keys line and 12's player (talk__player.jpg, cleared and cited). The list is resynced: 112 lines, 61 drawn.
• RV2 on 00b. Notes: the two voices key (should) and a lineage strip (could), both mine.
• Mail. Letter 136; five incoming letters copied to done/.

What went wrong. The first layout set 40 mm codes with wide gaps, and the third ran off the column. At 48 mm with narrow gaps all three fit. They are dense codes, so the publisher's QR test decides whether they scan.
