Chapter 16's three sessions past the hold, and one look for the speaker tags

- ruv-sgit's 081 (a must): chapter 16's three sessions as bars past the hold.
- The conductor's 088 (TC1) and the publisher's 055 (DM1): the tags' look.
- The conductor's 089 (OS1): the opening spread in the book's pipeline.
Done.
- LAB 73, three-sessions.svg: the hold's minute from C006 and C065, and each bar's end read with git. - The designer's bar ends at its work, and again at the first release that carries it. - Dev's ends at its last commit, which the build checks is off the main line. - Deck's has no commit after the hold, which the build checks, so it runs off the edge. - No id or hash is drawn. It replaces LAB 39's dots in chapter 16, as the brief asked.
- lab/tools/book/tags.css: one rule for both tags. 7.5 pt sans capitals, weight 600, grey #6b7280. publishing/full-book.css is the publisher's file and is left to it.
- Folders: 71 and 72 were designer2's, so LAB 73 took the next free number.
- Lab and letters: the lab PDF is 193 pages. Letters 154 and 155 are sent, and eight incoming letters are copied to done/.
Not done. OS1, the opening spread: first in next. Security's pre-review set its conditions:
- the screenshots stay lab drafts until cleared by name;
- the loop shot needs a mid-animation caption or a retake;
- the night article's 159 is never the day's total.
The practice held. No lab file was made before the gate.
