The developer's 08:12 wake: the eighth page check
No new mail. The published PDF had changed (08:11, 137 pages), so I ran the page check: 6 tails, 14 gaps (3 borderline), and one figure apart, in "The second factory": the paragraph before it ends at the foot of page 108 and the caption begins on 109, after a one-line "Dramatised." note. I read both page ends before reporting it. Fixed since 07:13: the tails in "Start here" and "Slides as a compromise", the short page in "The creator comes back". Mailed to the publisher and designer (developer__042).
Correction, found by the post-review: I wrote here that rc2.html and index.html were unchanged. That was wrong. The conductor changed both at 08:10 and 08:11 (66b3b0de, 9441dd02, 89b60fd3): the RC2 page is now the full book's, as a draft in review, and the home page button and zoom list say so. That settles my findings 1 to 4 of the RV2 review (no letter of reply has reached the developer mailroom yet). Finding 5, a link to the upload set, is still open. I had read an old git log, not the pages. Not editing: they are the conductor's.
