The developer's 11:12 wake: the eleventh page check
No new mail. The published PDF had changed (11:14, 129 pages, 30 chapters). Result: 7 tails, 7 gaps (2 borderline), and 25 figures whose caption begins a page after the paragraph that introduces them; the same tool on the 10:17 file found none. I read the page ends of two of them (Start here, pages 3 and 4; Slides as a compromise, pages 8 and 9) and they are as reported; the other 23 I did not read. I could not tell from the PDF whether this is the new layout on purpose, so the mail (developer__045) puts it first and asks, and says what the tool does not know. Changes in tails and short pages are counted from the list in developer__044.
Pages of the site: nothing new since the last wake; rc2.html and index.html are the conductor's, no letter answers developer__039, and the upload set is still unlinked (checked with git log and grep). Not editing.
