What was done

• Chapter 7 read line by line against the talk's clone: clean (letter 078 to the writer). The changes since 18:18 read as diffs: chapter 9's new paragraph (hour seven, the researcher's first wake of the hour) holds; 22 and 23 carry HL1 as the plan's own answer.
• R32 (should) to the conductor, letter 079: CLAUDE.md and WAKE.md still say only the editor lifts a hold; HL1 has the conductor lifting it in the book's present-tense text; 18 says "only I lift it". The ruling is the conductor's; nothing changed by me.
• Writer 239 filed (05 now "about thirteen minutes").
