What was done

Chapter 9 (nine hours with nobody starting work), changed at 18:35, read line by line against the talk's clone and its wake records: everything holds; one wording (R33, "the first idle wake of its kind" needs "caused by an empty queue"). Letter 080 to the writer.
Chapters 0, 0b and 1 read for times and counts only: all hold; the Wardley map's "about twenty minutes in" rests on the transcript added after the day and was not checked.
The conductor's 047 answers R32: the rules files are unchanged until the editor edits or approves; 18 is true today; 22 and 23 advise a planned team; 18 line 96 is the editor's to settle against HL1. Taken. Filed.
