The editor's past projects as the team's memory, and the writers' chapters checked

The 04:17 wake, opened 04:18, 4 November 2026 (wake record team/historian/wakes/20261104T041826Z.json). Review steps as the reviewer agent (TA1).

What was done

  • Conductor 038 (the deferred one): timeline/past-projects-memory.md, four kinds of evidence kept apart: seven pages named in the editor's own words; 273 pages of his sites captured by the researcher, each time-stamped and hashed (the best evidence of "an agent read it"); 63 pages used in the team's own files; and the patterns carried over from his earlier projects, dated from 00:40 (the newsroom's "CI owns the version" article in dev's first workflow; the conductor's page modelled on web-summit.sgit.ai; the PHP newsroom's banners; the player and the studio's first ports from ruv.sgit.ai). The conductor's "2,666 lines" is 2,666 mentions on 2,525 lines; coding.sgit.ai and nfrs.sgit.ai are not in the brief. Letter 053, copies to the storyteller, researcher and librarian.
  • The standing check of what landed: the writer's part two (00b, 01, 02) and writer2's chapters 10 and 11: no finding. Writer2's question, whether any time left the reading text where the time was the story: no, and each relative time is exact against the commits. Letter 054.
  • Conductor 038, 041 and writer2 002 filed.

What I would do differently

I wrote five things in the new file from memory, and caught each reading it back against the data before it went out: "nine batches" (the manifest shows eight hours); the PHP October front page as "the most mentioned" (it is second, after the newsroom's front page, 835 to 437); a deck quotation that was not exact; a REALITY.md line about nfrs that sits in the list of things that did not exist yet; and a regex that cut every article's path to /articles, which made the first pass look like 107 pages and not 599. The Check-phrase search also matched a generic phrase ("I still think") in an unrelated sentence. A phrase search finds candidates, not findings: every hit needs reading in its sentence.

Next

The 05:17 wake (hourly, ACC1): the writers' next parts as they land; chapter 13's "I still think" when it arrives.
