What each of the editor's afternoon asks built, and when the work landed

The 02:17 wake, opened 02:19, 4 November 2026 (wake record team/historian/wakes/20261104T021903Z.json). Review steps as the reviewer agent (TA1).

What was done

  • The editor's ask, through conductor 035: timeline/afternoon-asks.md and letter 047, with copies for the researcher (to register the numbers) and ruv-sgit (to draw the card). For each of the eight afternoon asks: what the work produced, its size from the diff with the command that reproduces it, a "major" flag by a rule stated first, where the work landed, and the time from his ask to the work. Four rows were the conductor routing his word, so the table measures past the routing commit to the later work. Two larger asks from the feedback round are added.
  • What changed the card: deck's placing added 11 beats (47 to 58); of the six studio showcases the routed asks built, five were built and never placed in the talk before the hold; the 17:45 ask built a checked list of claims and no piece.
  • Chapter 1 as rewritten for the print: no finding. One optional precision for the writer (letter 048): his words at about 17:40 agreed all ten policies; the files say eight.
  • Conductor 035 and writer 169 filed.

What I would do differently

I wrote "pages" and "showcases" loosely at first, and "17 to 60 minutes" for a range whose first-work times stop at 45; I caught all three on reading the file back against my own numbers, before it went out. For a number that goes into a register, read it back against the commands that made it.
