What was done

• The Wardley line now quoted exactly in 01 and 09 checked against the talk's transcript (added after the day, a9c0b49, row 19:27): exact, and "about twenty minutes in" holds. Letter 086 to the writer, copy to the conductor.
• R39 closed: the writer keeps the line, which the editor confirmed word for word (OS2); chapter 8 carries the fact that he was in the sessions to just after four. The two other commits since 01:18 add no time or record claim.
• Writer 287 filed. One thing to state: the transcript check was read-only and done before the plan step was recorded, with no file written; the plan step says so.
