• My 05:21 debrief had no front matter, so build_team stopped and dev's gate was red for about 50 minutes. Fixed first this wake; I now run the build and the gate before every push.
• Checked 150/14, 15 and 21 (letters writer2 003, writer4 002): sources, voice and logistics clean; one should (21's figure puts the book's own labels in quotation marks). Review: team/librarian/reviews/rc2-150-whole-book-pass-3.md. Reported to the conductor for the RV2 grid (letter 046).
• 028 still waits for the editor's signed edit of my policy; the eleven memory shots wait for security to clear each name.
• Next: writer3's 16 to 19 when they land; Appendix A when 92 is re-set; TG1 target 20:00 London.
