• Read the diff since 23:15: the new 17b (the interview answers moved from 06) holds against the historian's interviews; 21's "four came that first afternoon" matches C131; the writer's 01 record line is fixed; the editor confirmed the feedback address (FB2). No letter needed. Review: team/librarian/reviews/rc2-150-whole-book-pass-17.md.
• The final pass has one expected fail: 92 against Appendix A's file until writer4 sets it (C061 is in the file now).
• 028 still waits for the editor's signed edit of my policy.
