- 01:79's Wardley quotation is now exact: closed. 23b's 15 links each answered 200 to one status-only request; I took the check as a reading of my policy's "the sgit.ai guidance" (policy.json does not name a link check), the plan review agreed, and 23b's record line assigns it to me. One final-pass fail (C132 cited on 18's record line, missing from Appendix A's file, which is leaving the book). Letter conductor 059. Review:
