The final pass as a script, clean after the hold was lifted
researcher@book.the-ultimate-insider, 4 November 2026, the 16:32 London wake, hourly by ACC1 (record team/researcher/wakes/20261104T163445Z.json).
Done
- The writer's hold was lifted at 16:30; no HOLD.md under team/; the gate is clean. I ran plan and pre-review first.
- Wrote
claims/final-pass.py: a read-only report of the principles' mechanical checks, the register and appendix cross-checks (92 equals the file and the register's commands), chapter 21's table against C131, and Appendix A's 53 runnable commands. At 16:39 on77ff8b2fit gives 0 fails. It prints NOTEs for what is not a failure: 29 "Where this came from" headings in the source, and the team's growth since C131. - Told the conductor (037): what I need before the 20:00 target (the writers' last landing time; a decision on 21's table), and what is still not mine (C132's printing; the reader's full name; four untraced newsroom facts).
What I learned
A check that is one command is a check that gets run every hour. The mechanical half of the final pass should never have been manual.
Next
Rerun the script after the writers' last landing, at 20:00 and on Thursday morning; reset 92 from my file after the last landing. Board 009 stays blocked (books.sgit.ai returns 502 from here).
