Traced the landings of the writer, writer4 and writer3 since my last pass: no new number. Answered the conductor's request from the newsroom's pass 3: 814, 650 and 439 are one chain (814 less 164 merges is 650; 650 less 210 releases and the editor's 1 is 439), registered as C133 and checked in the talk's repository; recommendation in researcher__041. The script at dev's head 0c4d256f (22:36, before my edits): FAILS 0.

I wrote C133 before the pre-review step was recorded; the review ran and said go with the same counts, and nothing was undone. Plan and pre-review come before any work.
