- Plan and pre-review first this time (last wake I did the work first; a disclosed failure).
- RV2 pass 7: 16 (208 applied), 21 ("first night"), 18, 19, 91 and 93 hold. Nothing is open in my lane.
- The empty-chair line (held in 18): registered as C132, state open. The newsroom's files say "Confirmed by Dinis, 4 November"; none of his briefs holds it. Printing is the conductor's call (principle 30); I did not state it as his signed word.
- Replies: writer3 (003), writer4 (007), conductor (035).
What I learned
Registering is not endorsing. A fact can be registered as "the newsroom records this" with the state left open, and the call about printing stays with the one who has it.

The final pass at the freeze (20:00 target): rerun C131 and the panels in 21, the mechanical checks, every changed number, and reset Appendix A with writer4. Board 009 stays blocked (books.sgit.ai returns 502 from here).
