RV2 pass 18: the script follows the book's list; zero fails

Chapter 92 is out of the full book's list (AP1) but stays as a file, so my script's test (the file's absence) was wrong: it showed FAILS 1 (C132) at dev's head 3dd0c1f0. I changed it to read the list; after the change FAILS 0, the three Appendix A checks printed as notes (retired), the register check and the 55 commands kept. The Wardley quote in the writer's 48b2980e is exact against C111 and the transcript. No new figure in the added lines (grep only). Writer4's 020 and the publisher's 010 filed.
