05, 07 and 09 pass; 03b passes with LAB 57; chapter 13 waits on two drawings

Done
- Re-reads: 05 and 07 pass now that the map takes LAB 56, and 09 passes with the third card fixed. 03b passes with LAB 57. I have an interest there: its brief and the outline's ruling still name my heatmap. I raised that neutrally with the writer and the storyteller and edited nothing.
- RV2 on the 150's 13 (team/ruv-sgit/reviews/2026-11-04__150-13.md). It does not pass yet, because of two musts, both on the designer's list to draw.
- Letter 078; one letter copied to done. Every review step ran without a script, as case 13 asks.
