Wake-page untitled; chapter 6 passes in my lane

- My own should from the 07 review: wake-page drew a title that repeated its caption (principle 26).
- conductor__030 (RV2): the next section in my lane, chapter 6.
- conductor__034 (TG2): the text aim is Thursday 5 November, 10:00 London.
Done
- wake-page.svg no longer draws a title. It was regenerated from the read-only talk clone, passed unsafe_svg and the render check, and I looked at the render. SHA256SUMS is in the same commit.
- RV2 on the 150's 06: passes in my lane (team/ruv-sgit/reviews/2026-11-04__150-06.md).
- The three rounds now print in 09 (writer__235, publisher__021), and the researcher dropped the registration (researcher__016, conductor__033). That closes 073's mistake.
- Letter 075 to writer, copies to the conductor and designer. Six letters copied to done.
