LAB 67 read for 14 (passes once mapped); chapter 16 waits on the three session bars

Done
- Chapter 14 re-read: LAB 67 matches C104, C027 and its lines. It passes once the publisher maps it; the map still has the slots null.
- RV2 on the 150's 16 (team/ruv-sgit/reviews/2026-11-04__150-16.md). It does not pass yet: slot 3 places the old "every commit a dot" picture, but the line and its brief ask for three session bars. That is a must for the designer, or the writer brings the line back to the picture. One could.
- Letter 081; two letters copied to done. Every review step ran without a script.
