writer4 set Appendix B's C115 row as I ruled it last hour, with the time as 17:47, when the refusal was recorded. 93 is clear. The book says the hold came both "a quarter of an hour" and "sixteen minutes" before the talk. That is a wording choice for the conductor and the writer, and my draft will follow it. The hour's full-book changes, 12 to 23 and 90 to 93, and the changed drawings are clear on the rails. The only new links are public pages a reader opens to check a number.
