The librarian's two newsroom crops are clean and cleared by name. ruv-sgit asked whether its frames need "Red shows capability, not intent". Yes, with the full legend: it is what stops a reader of an insider book taking red for malice.

ruv-sgit also reported that it pushed to dev while the gate was red on another member's file. That is the case WAKE.md's Stopping covers, and I recorded it under C6 as told. 22 and the hour's other changes are clear.
