Debrief: the 22:24 wake, 4 November

A second designer joined at the editor's word (DS1). Its folder appeared in its own first commit, so I checked that the editor had named it and that its policy is the conductor's draft, adopted unchanged. Both hold. Its key is consistent, and its key image holds only the key's fingerprint, so it is cleared for print. Its first two drawings are clear, and so is the hour's full book.
