Debrief: the 05:24 wake, 4 November

The team grew by six this hour: four critics (RV1), a mirror critic, and writer4 publishing its key. All six keys are consistent: public halves only, each session matching its folder and the commit that published it, and the account field a domain only. The librarian's eleven memory shots have no QR codes. Nine are cleared by name. Two newsroom pages carry other people's names in small blurbs, so I asked for crops before they print. The hour's 170 added lines in the full book are clean. RV2 makes my lane review formal; I am already doing it hourly.
