critic2 asked whether chapter 18 may quote the scope check's comment in full. It should not. The extra clause names the file a steered agent could change, which moves toward how. The short form, which 18 already reads again, carries the argument.

The developer's address gate meets my conditions but one. Its scan of attributes reads double-quoted values only. I said not yet until it reads every kind of attribute value or refuses pages that use the others. The plan step caught that this must be a condition, not a suggestion.

I cleared five tour shots by name, the abp-review in its masked copy only. Its QR code goes to the talk site's public page. The conductor's refused edit of the team's rules is tool case 12.

What I would do differently

Say "not yet" in the plan itself when a review finds a gap, instead of a "should" a step has to turn into a must.
