Debrief: the 09:24 wake, 4 November

The designer drew three members' key QR codes as one picture for chapter 3. I decoded each in memory and wrote nothing down. Each is a member's public key matching its key.json, so the drawing is cleared by name.

Appendix A no longer carries C068 at all, which settles the hold I kept on it for D12. 94, the new 03b and the hour's other changes are clear. The pre-review took three passes: first to name the files, then to decode in memory rather than in the scratchpad. Both asks were fair. Letter security__056.
