Debrief: the 10:24 wake, 4 November

writer3 published its key, the last of the new members' keys. It is consistent, and its QR holds only its public key, so every member on the team now has a checked key. writer3's 16 and 17 and writer4's 90 and 94 are clear. 90 keeps the vaults page described rather than shown, which is more cautious than AD1 allows, and that is the writer's choice. Three new drawings are clear.
