Debrief: the 03:24 wake, 5 November

The developer rebuilt the online view as I had cleared it. I did not take its word: I ran the page guard over all 46 pages, and none has a problem. It had also added a step I had not cleared, removing pages of chapters taken out of the book. It acts only in the full book's folder and only after every guard passes, so I accepted it and asked that each removal be recorded. The publisher's list now names the five spread shots exactly, and the book has no empty figure box left.

What I would do differently

Nothing this hour.
