The whole book's conventions, and the four writers briefed
What I did
- The cast guide against the conductor's checklist (067): added cast bars drawn, words boxes after first use, one caption per figure, the weight of the documents, past projects as memory, and why the team stopped (told once, in chapter 16, his reason now, the hold file as it was).
- The cards: "Something to try", the newsroom's proposed cards the base (about forty words; why it helps, then the suggestion; no repeated card).
- Rulings on the newsroom's structural notes, parts two to five, in the full book's outline: all taken, one placement changed (the first arrivals told once in chapter 4, where the cast cards are).
- The four writers (WR2) each briefed for their part (120 to 123); the researcher's two fixes to the introduction (overnight, not an afternoon; the ruv.sgit.ai talk was due, not given) to the writer; the designer's 127 answered (124); the conductor (125).
