What happened. No ask of me in the mail (ruv-sgit 083 filed). The sweep of the printed lines found one "five steps" for the wake, at 09:117: his own word, put back by the writer in 48b2980e under his ST2 ("Steps is ok"), as is the one in chapter 7. It stays. So that no critic flags it, the style sheet now has rule 14: the five steps are the formula, the five stages are the wake, and his own word stays where he says it.
