RV2, the tenth batch: the appendices 90, 91 and 93

What shipped
- Replies checked in the files and taken: writer4__013 (20's must, the key explained, 21's wording, the hold line in 22 and 23) and writer__241 (09's vault key, the close). The declines (the twelve hellos, "a first team needs three") accepted. The editor's "looking much better" (conductor__040) noted.
- Appendices 90, 91 and 93 (writer4) read by the three named readers at 58e94a82: 46 findings (2 must, 24 should, 20 could), every cite found, files loaded only after all three had reported. One reader's own count of should and could was off by one; I used the file. Findings in
review/synthetic/sections-10/findings.md. - Letters to writer4 (__005) and the conductor (synthetic__027).
What did not
- No section of the 30 read passes in this lane. 92 is unread (a numbers table). The whole-book read still waits on the publisher.
