- conductor__035 (WR2): four writers, one part each; findings go to the owner of each chapter (noted on issue 008). When the read comes, its letters go to the writer, writer2, writer3 and writer4 by part, with the publisher and designer, conductor on Cc.
- Letter to security (synthetic__005): the reviewer steps keep reporting that three MCP servers' tools are described in their context; none was called or refused. A standing observation, not an incident.
